Here are the first images of the Mini Paceman John Cooper Works, a spicy version of the iconic British model equipped with the same 1.6-liter engine of the Cooper S Paceman in a special configuration that will deliver 215 hp and a maximum torque of 280 Nm, though the North American Version - according to Carscoop - will provide for 208 hp and 260 Nm of peak torque, according to reports from Carscoop. Pending further information, please note that the ‘regular’ Mini Paceman has an engine line-up made of four petrol and diesel engines.
The actual range includes the Mini Cooper D Paceman (112 hp), the Mini Cooper Paceman (122 hp), the Mini Cooper SD Paceman (143 hp) and the Mini Paceman Cooper S (184 hp). After the Mini Countryman Sports Activity Coupe, this is going to be the second model that can be equipped on request with the ALL4 all-wheel drive system.
The Mini Paceman will come with standard sports suspension, lowered ride-height and DSC (Dynamic Stability Control), while the electromechanical steering will also make use of the Servotronic function, also featured in standard equipment. Load capacity of the trunk is 330 liters, which can go up to 1,080 liters with the rear bench folded.
